A brightly garbed gnome of few inches, Flipper earned her ninth nickname with her bubbly personality and a memorable practical joke involving inflatable dolphins and Aspenwood's moat. After being fired from several well-paying jobs, Flipper feeds her 'sparkly' addiction as a tour guide. To this day, she has yet to lose a customer in the hustle and bustle of Aspenwood. Random acts of twirling and drooling over display cases stuffed with sparklies make the days fly. Her lifelong ambition is to pet a pushmi-pullyu. She abhors bats and is the sole reason for the town-wide glitter ban.
