Elshawen is the chaotic-neutral goddess of Change, the Moon, Women, and Lycanthropes. She came to power after Lolth died during the Scouring (a god's existence depends on them having followers, and Lolth's were all destroyed). All of Elshawen's priests are women.

The domains she is associated with are Animal, Chaos, Moon, and Protection. (The Moon domain is not in the Player's Handbook, but is in the supplements Spell Compendium and Deities & Demigods.)
