Collective of doppelganger rogues that Dorina has been hunting through Burden's Peak. Identifying symbol seem to be a coin with the image of an one winged pirate parrot with a peg leg and eye patch. Not much is known about the group, however a brief and bloody encounter in the sewers did yield some informative tidbits.
