Shay the Striking, an Eladrin, is the ruler of Silva Domus. She has beautiful blond hair that flows down past her shoulders. Her skin radiates a healthy ivory glow and she has violet eyes that seem to pierce your soul when she looks at you. She stands about 5’11” and seems to be of an athletic build.

She wears a silver tiara that matches her silver bracelets. She is wearing a purple robe that hugs her curves. Her staff is adorned with many beautiful jewels: diamonds, rubies, emeralds, and sapphires. The top of the staff is crested with a sphere of amber, with a large blue moth forever trapped in stasis.

You've noticed that she likes to tilt her head to the side and twirl her hair while speaking in informal situations.
