In the tree city of [[Silva Domus]] he proved himself to be invaluable, as his ability to fly allows him to quickly travel directly from one tree to another or to travel from the ground floor to the level of the city. A hatchling Spiretop Drake. Recovered from Kobolds while still in the egg by Sabi, and hatching in the midst of battle with undead zombies, it is still only a few days old. Unlike most hatchlings, however, Ibas has the size and maturity of a four or five month old Spiretop Drake, due to certain events in Silva Domus. While some may see it's hatching during combat as a sign that it will one day grow into a strong fighter or heroic companion, the young drake is still very much a child. Most of it's day is spent eating, playing with shiny 'toys' that it is given (or steals) from Sabi and her friends, or sleeping under the sunlight or in a warm part of Sabi's backpack.
Ibas has proven an invaluable aid to the party, delivering and retrieving messages or small items to and from Sabi's friends. In the tree city of Silva Domus he proved himself to be invaluable, as his ability to fly allows him to quickly travel directly from one tree to another or to travel from the ground floor to the level of the city.
